Today's layout I am sharing with you is one I made with Crate Papers Little Bo Peep and Little Boy Blue lines. They are such cute lines for babies. But really the B-Sides can be used for anything. There are some beautiful yellows in both lines including easy to use dots and chevrons. Little Bo Peep has more pink hues with pops of aqua where Little Boy Blue has kelly greens, blues and pops of red. I have to say my favorite part of the little boy blue line is the font of the Thickers. They use the Doll font and I love the thin sans serif alphas soooo much.
For this layout I really wanted to capture how Charlotte spent most of her time as a itty-bitty infant. She was 6 weeks premie and all she wanted to do was sleep the first month. I remember many tried and failed attempts to get her to open her eyes and interact with us and fellow family members. To showcase this, I knew I wanted to do a clock showing all the hours on the clock from 1-12 to really drive the point home and grabbed some of my favorite photos of her snuggled and sleeping away.
Details:

I cut this sun burst pattern out on my Silhouette SD on white cardstock. then in the negative space of the circles I added the clocks.

I love the mix of fonts and wanted play with the large round curly fonts of the pink thickers and pair it with the crisp clean lines of the wood alpha stickers. I feel it adds dimension and contrast to the design.

I hope you enjoyed the page today. Thanks for coming by!
