This is a layout I used 1.5 inch strips of pattern paper on the background to make my own background. I really love doing this especially with paper that I love and don't want to use up all on one layout. It is a good way to stretch that paper for all its worth. :)
Sorry the jornalling is not showing up so well in this photo. It is a lot easier to read in person. :) But it is basically explaining how when Charlotte and I were waiting for her play date to arrive at Leu Gardens she looked really sweet so I snapped a few photos. It also talks about how spring is one of my favorite times to walk around the park because the Florida summer heat is not yet pressing down and everything is so green.
